Southwest Rapid Rewards - The SWA CP (QP) count in the site incorrect?

I am a 10 year CP holder and on my way hopefully to an 11th. After the first half of the year not wanting to deal with RR 2.0, I have now been monitoring the site for my CP points total. My findings... when I book biz select, only my outbound points show up and not the returns (@2500pts, it’s a big deal.) I called Dallas several weeks ago and they agreed that their system was not accurate and that they would fix it. They also assured me that the total count was accurate and that "all" my points were calculated in the total. Not true, I clipped the flight/pts info off their page and pasted into excel and the points matched up to the total on their site. Logically, if all my pts were in the total, the pts info would calculate less. With the 2.0 hoops you have to jump through, there should be some transparency and a way to go back and look at each trip with the QP for CP only (not the combined bonus which does not cull out the QP's). I hope this is an oversight and not a way to make it that much more difficult to reach CP. Has anyone else experienced this?

Known issue that has yet to be fixed. I had them send me a spreadsheet showing points earnings for the year and the total is correct, but outbound and inbound CP points are sometimes different even though the fare is the same both ways. Annoying, but the bottom line is accurate.
