Hi, I usually hang out on the Virgin Atlantic board. I'm hoping you guys can help me with a B6 question.
I booked B6 flights for October to connect with a VS reward flight into EWR. The trip has been cancelled due the serious illness of a family member.
So I will have $700 of B6 credit that is absolutely no use to me (I have no plans to be in the US in the next year).
B6 have assured me that the credit is fully transferable and can be used in parts - does not have to be a single transaction.
Does anybody have any expereince of selling similar credit to a third party? This seems like my only option if I am not to write off the entire $700. The representative said this was entirely possible but if any frequent B6 fliers have any experience or suggestions (or offers!) I would be very grateful.
