National - National FF Program vs Hertz

I just started using emerald isle, and actually have been very pleased with the car choices, especially in Atl.

I am disappointed in their program as it relates to free days earned. If I'm not mistaken it takes 6 or 7 rentals, not days, to earn 1 free day. Seems like the hertz deal is better. Am I missing something with Nationals program?

It depends on your rental habits. If you have a lot of high priced rentals, then the Hertz points would be better. If you rent a lot of cheap weekend rentals, then National's program is better. Also with National, you can use free days for one ways where you would have to get 1200 pts. Unless your rentals are around $40-50+ per day, National is the better program.

Also, you can double dip with National once their One-Two-Free day program starts. E.g. earn one-two-free days AND banked free days simultaneously.
