Courtesy card is an unpublished level above Diamonds - there is a thread on it in the forum.
To answer the OP's question - Hyatt has Private Line agents (Diamonds can send a request to the Gold Passport Concierge to be assigned one) long before SPG came up with the Ambassador program.
