Hi all,
I would like to know if anyone has experience with the full-body scanners at SYD airport.
When I left Sydney last September (I was travelling in C), I received a fast-track pass or whatever it is called and the security check was carried out in a separate area from the general security check area. However, I saw no body scanners in this fast-track area. Are body-scanners only installed in the main security check area? Have they been installed in the meantime?
What is the current situation with body scanners at Australian airports at all? Has legislation been passed in the meantime introducing the 'no scan, no fly' principle? Is there resistence? When will the 'no scan, no fly' policy become mandatory?
Thanks in advance!
