Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - How to book CX codeshares to/from Brazil

I understand that CX codeshare on AA-operated flights between JFK and GRU/GIG. However, when I try to check fares using cathaypacific.com (either the Indonesian or the Hong Kong version), there doesn't seem to be a way to enter Sao Paulo into the destination box.

Also, as there doesn't seem to be a Brazilian version of the website, I'm not sure how I could check fares originating in Brazil.

I'm actually looking for business class fares between Sao Paulo and Jakarta. Though as I'll have to make multiple trips in the next year, I could originate my round-trips from either location, whichever is less expensive.

Any ideas how I could avail of these codeshares?

Codeshares are in 'theory' .. most of the times they do not work with CX. Best to maybe book them as AA flights.

Fares originating from Brazil do not carry any fuel surcharges for the entire journey. But their published fares are high...
