Travel Products - How to wash used Andiamo Voloroso 22 inch

I saw this things on Ebay. Not sure how to clean these things. Do I just hose the thing down and dry it in the sun? It looks like it's filthy.....

I'd appreciate any methods that reliably works. (and not sure whether mild soap and water really cleans interior lining......)

Woolite, water, brush. Good rinse.

Baking soda in dry suitcase against smells. Vacuum off. Repeat if necessary. Start with a wash, though.

BTW, this doesn't even really look filthy. It's the pics, I'd say.

But price is steep for an old model even if it's in good condition.
