Sign's of life at Diners Club USA. The home page has been subtly updated to tout these benefits:

Savored (http://savored.com/nyc/)

Concierge service (https://dinersclubus.vipdesk.com/sign_in.aspx) (still provided by VIPDesk)

Up to 25% off at Avis (https://www.avis.com/car-rental/profile/go.ac?S091701)and Budget (http://www.budgetcarrental.com/budget/assoc/index.html?D534601)

Oh, boy, here come the inevitable stacking questions:

Some restaurants in this program also participate in Rewards Network!

So what happens if you register your DC MC in a Rewards Network dining program and then use this program (when seems a lot like opentable in that it's tied to reservations, not just visits like RN) to make the reservation?

It looks to me like Savored is available to the general public so I am not sure what the story is with the DC link.

Got the letter yesterday as well. Of course I got all excited and thought they might be getting rid of the foreign transaction fees or that I would no longer have to notify them every time I leave the country...but no such luck :).

I am glad that at least there is a new pulse since BoM took over. I have to say that the customer service is also slowly returning to pre- and early-Citibank days as well.
