Credit Card Programs - Alternative to Discontinued Mint Coins

Since I got into the game a bit late (earlier this year) I missed the awesomeness that the Mint coins thing probably was.

So, I am wondering, is there a comparable program currently extant? An inquiring mind wants to know... :D
