I've been waiting for over a week to hear from M&M over an emailed inquiry. I received the automated reply with a comment to the effect that it might take them "slightly longer" than usual to get back to me for some technical reason, but I rarely, if ever, deal with M&M customer service.
So how long is slightly longer?

Unless you have status with them it could take weeks :(

I'm FTL and I had to wait pretty much exactly 2 months before hearing from them on a simple question re renewal of my status.
So from there... good luck :-(

I'm SEN and been waiting 3 weeks for a response to a relatively straightforward query.
I'm a SEN and last time it took about 2 months before someone contacted me. By that time I had long since asked for and received chargeback through my credit card...
The lady that called me was very nice and professional, but just about 4-6 weeks too late.
HTB.

I'm a SEN and didn't receive any answer from my last email sent more than 5 weeks

...I thought I'd add my own answer.
I sent in my question on July 24 and got an answer on September 10. Thank God the delay was only "slightly longer" or I might have had to wait until next year.
To add insult, the answer quotes me a program rule that was effective September 1st for a question sent in in July...

Yes ... for charging disputes that is my experience too.
For complaints with the request for an answer, the answering time is on a geological time scale ... and for disputes or annihilated luggage, I normally get a turn around time of a month.
