I always try to get to Marriott or renaissance, try to get LNF rate but this time i cannot find any hotel cheap.
Anyone can recommend me a good and not expensive hotel? Place vendome or near would be where i would like to stay.
TIA!

"Place Vendome" and "not expensive" are words rarely heard in the same sentence so would recommend searching elsewhere in the city.
I believe on Marriott forum you indicated a 3 night stay from 20th Sept. and so found the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel for approx USD$150/night including tax for a "superior" room at an inflexible prepaid rate.
The hotel bills itself as a 4-star but isn't to many reviews so go in expecting older decore and modest rooms and you'll be okay. The location in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower is what makes this hotel and some rooms even offer a prcieless tower view. The neighborhood while touristy is fairly safe and offers good access to the rest of the city by Metro.
A large French hotel company, Accor, has 175 hotels in and around Paris so will offer lots of other locations all of which can be found on their website, www.accorhotels.com
Just a thought as that value + location will be hard to beat.

Wish I'd taken a screenshot as the rate was at the hotel chain's website I gave. Must've been a one day sale or limited time offer.
Check out venere.com. You can sort by price.

Some options around this price for a 3 nights stay from 20th September (from more expensive to cheaper options).
Hotels chains:
Radisson Blu Ambassador: 5 minutes walk from Opéra, pleasant design
Hotel Lotti: 2 minutes walk from Place Vendome
Millenium Hotel Paris Opéra
Crowne Plaza République: contemporary hotel in historical building, close to metro
Novotel Paris Les Halles: typical Novotel in the very centre of Paris
Novotel Gare de Lyon: same story, with a pool
Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel: former Nikko hotel, huge hotel with view and pool
Paris Marriott Rive Gauche: largest conference hotel in Paris, former Pullman, recently renovated, close to Metro and quite close to Saint Germain (but without the atmosphere)
Concorde Montparnasse: solid business hotel with easy metro access
Mercure Paris Opera Cusset: close to Place Vendôme
Boutiques hotels:
Hotel Bellechasse Saint Germain
Les Jardins du Marais
Hotel Jules
Villa Panthéon
No option for the Ritz: it is now closed for a 2 years renovation ;)
