United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - Why does UA rebook flts that violate MCT?

I have a flt to PDX from LGA that I purchased in Jan when they had the sale for $115.a/i

The schedule changes have been coming fast and furious, which I expected. The latest though has me with a minimum connection time in IAH of 31 mins. That is under the MCT domestic-domestic at IAH. Dont they know their own MCT????

Actually same terminal UA-UA D-D MCT is 30.

One rebooking left me with a 32 minute connection at IAD.
