Etihad Airways Etihad Guest - EY payments page not working. Unable to book tickets (worked until pmts page failure)

Hopefully I can use the etihadairways.com portal to complete some bookings.

I've been able to get flights, seats, details but every time the booking gets to the payment page, I get this error:

https://www.etihadairways.com/booking/common/spinner.do?errorCode=430&ConversationID=OJ1343938903220&SECURE=true
Sorry

An unknown error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.

Are there any workarounds?

Thanks,
Bizi

Edit: It looks like I've found the reason - trying to book the return >330 days from today.
Note to Etihad's IT people: Is it possible to identify such an error and put the advice in the error message?
e.g. :We are sorry, but we cannot arrange tickets for dates more than 330 days from today's date"

Moving the dates allowed me to get the payment page to load.

https://www.etihadairways.com/payment/pay

Since the Etihad booking page doesn't bring up a message about dates exceeding 330 days into the future, just keep the booking window limit in mind - when you get an error message like the one in my first post!

Interestingly the website doesn't black out the 330+ day dates, which I would have expected would avoid this problem.
FlyerTalk tip (this thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/milesbuzz/643323-handy-award-travel-tool-330-day-calculator.html) from MileageAddict): use this site for working out +330 days for bookings or -330 days for redemptions!

Does the redemption booking system have the same problem? It doesn't black out the dates either.

Cheers, Bizi.

Cheers, Bizi.

I actually have set the Excel function in my all-things-points file that updates the date every time I open the spreadsheet to specifically pinpoint the valid dates for award redemptions.
