Hilton HHonors - 2 rooms = 2 x points, but not 2 x 500 miles?

Stays earn points and fixed (500 miles). If you book 2 rooms, you get points for both rooms, but do you get 2 x 500 miles?

Last quarter's promo allowed us to earn double miles. So should we get:

a) 2 x points + 500 + 500 (bonus)
b) 2 x points + 2x500 + 2x500
c) 2 x points + 2x500 + 500 ??

My points posted as (a). After calling and explaining to a Hilton rep, she submits a request for investigation and assures me I will get (b). After 3 weeks, my points still haven't been updated, so I wonder if there is some system override preventing (a)->(b).

Base points for both rooms if in one foilio. However, you only get miles for one room. You also only get stay/night credit for just one room.
