Credit Card Programs - Gift Card from Office Depot
I am not good at keeping record. When I went to the Visa Giftcard site to check my balance, it said the "The information you have entered is not valid. Please try again."
Does this mean I used the exact $500 in the card or that Office Depot may have forgotten to validate the card? I can't get a human to talk to .
Does anyone know?

Wouldn't you get a better answer calling the number on the back of the card rather than asking on FT???

Make sure to use the PIN if required but if still doesnt work, I would call visa customer service and ask.

Human is there. I just did a test call for you, pressed 1 for English, then 0 a few times until the automated system gave in and was connected to a Live (American) agent in 3 minutes.

This is not the phone number for the regular Gift Card . It is not a vanilla gift card
