Try Hong Kong Airlines. They launched their Hong Kong - Nanjing route about 2 months ago so fares should still be comparatively low.

Let's just hope that they still exist 4 months from now. (There is a big thread in the CX forum about their financial woes, though I personally believe that HNA will step in and save them at the 11th hour.)
