Came home to find 10 tix on AT charged to my VI...my bank quickly reversed the charges, and couldn't explain how they could get charged over and above my credit limit or why nobody called me when a variance to my normal purchase patterns occurred....but...what particularly is annoying is how non-chalantly AT treated the matter. I thought that their Corporate Security MIGHT like to have the ticket # and maybe, if pax hadn't boarded yet, boot them off...but...seems to be a routine cost of doing business, a normal spillage factor built-in...the attitude of their YUL office was "your bank will deal with it"...by then the al Qaeda operatives will have been there and back again. Nice to see the thoroughness of their security concerns.
