Got the following message when I went to web site "No VIP Rewards Available" (http://hhonors1.hilton.com/en_US/hh/landing/VIPOnly/index.do)

Never seen that before. Are they taking away special rewards for Gold and Diamond members (discounted points for stays 4 days or longer)?

The GLON series awards for discounted 4-14 day stays is still available.

My first thought is you're witnessing the HH website do what it does best - glitch, hiccup and malfunction. I'd call if I were you, and see what's bookable over the phone before fearing more devaluation.

But please keep us posted.

They are still available. When you are logged in with your Hhonors membership number and looking to make a reservation, the website automatically brings up the reduced amount of points required per night as long as your booking is for 4 or more nights. This applies to silver, gold and diamond members when logged in to the site.

I canīt get VIP/GLON rates via website. Tried several hotels to book 4 nights, being logged in. Are you sure VIP only rewards still exist?

Yes it still still available; I just checked. That hhonors webpage info is still incorrect. Click the link posted by 3Cforme above.

do you have enough points in your account to cover the 4 night stay?
If not, it may not show you reward stays based on the not enough points.

& If you are not logged into your account, it won't show you those either, because
I think it has to recognize your VIP status (since the reward is a VIP reward).

hahaha, this will only become more and more commonplace.

What I really don't understand is that how can an official webpage be incorrect for so long? Do they just don't have enough resources to fix it? It is not like it is a highly technical page that tie to some database back end. It is just text!

Maybe they are trying to see how many people would complain if VIP reward goes away. If not enough people complain, then they could just take it away one day and said "Hey we told you 6 months ago that it is not available!".

My guess is that they really do not want to promote this feature, preferring to keep the number of people who take advantage of this to a minimum. Average folks won't even know about if they don't read this forum.

Yes, enough points, around 400.000, and logged in.

And it works now, I tried on www.hilton.com not www.hilton.de as I did before (maybe temp. error or I made a mistake).

The VIP rewards rate will be automatically calculated depending on the stay length.

New York - Hilton cat. 7, Conrad, W=A low season rates
From 1 to 3 nights you get the standard rate (50000). 4 to 5 nights: there are two different VIP reward point levels (42500 and 40000), 6 to 14 a third one (37500).

New York - W=A high season rates
1-3: 60000; 4: 51000; 5: 48000; 6-14: 45000

Some funny irregular rates (not defined in the regular rate or VIP rewards discount scheme) appear when booking the W=A with "flexible dates" option activated during some 4 or 5 nights periods e.g. in Aug./Sep.

Click the UK hilton pdf file link. It explained all the rates you posted.

Always check the sticky thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/hilton-hhonors/1225861-making-sense-hilton-reward-options-axon-glon-everything-else.html):
Note: In May 2012, the Hilton website page previously providing information about VIP/GLON awards (http://hhonors1.hilton.com/en_US/hh/landing/VIPOnly/index.do) was changed to state that "[t]here are currently no VIP-Only Reward options available." This was and remains incorrect. As of July 15, 2012, VIP awards are fully bookable
