Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - Refused Avios for code share flight

I flew Iberia Business Plus TLV-MAD-GUA and PTY-MAD-TLV.

The first leg (TLV-MAD) was a code share flight operated by El Al.

Iberia denies me Avios and Elite points for that leg. I can't find in the terms of the program any jusstification for that.:mad:

Any advice?

In this case, Iberia Plus is right, I enclose you a comment related to IB code flights NOT operated by an airline partner of Iberia Plus (El Al is not...)

OBSERVATIONS OF AVIOS AND ELITE POINTS:

- Tables also valid for flights operated by Iberia Regional Air Nostrum and Vueling (VY and IB5XXX code)
- Iberia owns the right to modify these tables, as well as routes and flight programming.
- IBERIA owns the right to exclude Elite Points and Avios earning fares. Please check the terms & conditions here
- Flights with IB code operated by companies not associated with Iberia Plus programme do not generate either Avios or Elite Points.
- Please, check routes and class restrictions in flights with IB code operated by other companies on each company table.

I had the same issue a few months ago, while flying from PRG to MAD with Czech Airlines, did also not get Avios or Elite Points.
