Last week, I flew PHL/YVR on a combination of AA and AS/Horizon flights. Here are my initial comments.
AS: TUS/SEA, SEA/PHL
Both flights were in first. Nice aircraft, felt really roomy. Nice crew. Food service was a small serving on both. Small sandwich TUS/SEA, small breakfast SEA/PHL. Attentiveness of FAs made the flights a pleasure.
No IFE TUS/SEA; hand held units SEA/PHL. I felt fortunate to have my iPad.
HORIZON FLIGHTS SEA/YVR
Small d400 aircraft, but fantastic terminal and flight staff. Upbeat, with a touch of good humor in every situation from checking in, to boarding to flight service. Always a smile and a laugh. Really felt like old-time flying.
