Marketing gimmick? I don't see any price there, which leads me to believe that it's just a scheme to get you to call the agency. Maybe the have a 5-10% discount too...

I'm subscribed to Picasso's newsletter, its a nice way to gauge which airline is currently discounting to get more business.
