Hawaii-based Airlines - hawaiian airlines - how long to get bonus rewards

hawaiian site says it take upto 4-6 weeks to get bonus rewards for hawaiian visa signature card after the billing cycle end date. Does it really take that much time ?

I have the BOA card and the first use bonus posted 2 days after my first statement closed.

i also have the BOA card. the bonus posted 3days after the frist statement closed.
