Oceania (Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific) - Australia visa questions

I am an Indian passport holder with US permanent residence (Green Card). My kids are US citizens and hold US passport. We are traveling to Sydney for vacation in December for 10 days.
What is the visa process? We live in San Francisco.
How and where can I apply for visa?
How long should the process take?

Your kids are eligible for Electronic Travel Authority and can apply online. The process is simple and ETA is granted immediately.

You will have to apply by post to Tourist Sub Clas 676 Visa at the Australian Embassy in Washington. The process takes around a fortnight. Check the Australian Embassy website for document requirments.
