Hello,
I will be travelling through MUC with my mother. I will fly only to MUC while she will connect to a LH flight but with a big layover.
I am *G so could I get her to lounge when arriving to MUC? Will they allow me, she could be my guest, but I will not stay.
Thanks
Unless you have a connecting flight in MUC, you won't be able to bring her.
If you have a connecting flight, it should not be a problem, you can bring up to two guests I believe.

You usually need an outbound Star Alliance boarding pass, which your mother has but you don't it seems.
You might get lucky.

There has been a similar discussion here: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/miles-more-lufthansa-austrian-swiss-other-partners/982019-beginners-guide-connecting-fra-fra-connection-thread-74.html (from post #1096 onwards).
Depending on the origin of your incoming flight, there may be the additional problem for you to pass the security checkpoint without a valid boarding-pass.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants where the OP's mother can spend the time while she waits for her flight in the departure area. If she does not need a visa to enter Schengen, she can go landside with the OP where there are even more options for them.
...you can bring up to two guests I believe.
Only one guest is permitted but the guest will have to leave the lounge with the person who invited them according to the rules.
