Does anyone know if they still have the comp car service around town?
As of May, yes. Although as I remember you need to reserve it in advance with the concierge.

As does the Four Seasons. A bit older in terms of physical plant but the best service of any hotel (or club) in Boston...

Having said that, I've been very impressed with MO service as well as the Ritz Club Level.
