I suspect somebody has already done and posted this, but I couldn't find it, and I was trying to figure out which *A carriers it's worth my while looking at when booking discount fares, as I usually do, without getting burnt on MP mileage accrual. Needless to say, this is subject to change daily, but I thought I'd post it just in case it doesn't already exist and in case it is of any use to anybody else. No liability assumed, but feel free to update (or indeed delete if it's duplicating an existing list).
Safe list - can't find any revenue class that doesn't earn 100% miles:

Grey list - discounted revenue fares earn reduced miles (50% if not otherwise noted)

Black list - one or more standard discount fare classes earn 0%:

The *A map of Europe has become pretty bleak - only KF, SK (recently reformed from their previous stinginess) and TK remain on the safe list. In the LH empire, LX is the best (only L is excluded from mileage accrual) and OS the worst option (0% for KLETS).
