United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - RUMOR--UA to drop the IAD-MAD flight

just got a email from a co-worker whose partner a EI sales rep in DXB and was notified today that UA excercised its 90 day option to terminate the IAD-MAD contract effective oct 31st. do not know what the alpa negotiations have to do with this but i bet it played into this termination as i had heard they were not happy about this agreement.
