I am flying with AF to IAD next month. My G.F wants me to get her an ipad from States and you mans gotta do what boss says.

Just wondering, can I buy iPAD at duty free from Dulles?

Buy it at an electronics shop before you go to the airport.
Also, Duty Free is much less of a so-called bargain in the US.
Sales tax - the US equivalent of VAT - is considerably lower than in Europe.
