United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - TSA Pre-Check Question

Not sure if this is in the right place.

I am a member of global entry and am a 1K. I have put the trusted traveler number from Homeland security into my mileage plus account, but every time I go through ORD it doesn't let me through the trusted traveler lane. Any thought as to what I am doing wrong here? (obviously aside from the TSA thinking that I am a terrorist).
