I have a lot of stays this year at Carlson. I cant see any way to see how many nights or stays I have had. SPG gives a bar that shows your progress. Is there any way to look at YTD progress other than manually counting every stay

No chance, the only one option is to ask them (Clubcarlson) via email/call them

Not entirely true. Your monthly summary from Carlson that you get via e-mail will have this data in it.

Thanks. I never bothered to check the summary. Just did..it actually does show the info. both the nights as well as stays. Thanks

I have never gotten a monthly summary... Do I havd to sign up for it separately?

I have asked the CC Twitter team to add this feature to the website, as I recall they replied to say they are planning to introduce this by September this year.

Unfortunately you have to keep track yourself. The email summary is fine, but the cut off date is usually behind a week or so, but it does state what the last stay posted was to give you a better reference. I have also noticed that sometimes the "nights" postings are not always correct. Sometimes a two night stay will only post as a one night stay. I even had a zero nights stay post once. But since I qualify based on stays and not nights, it doesn't matter that much to me.

I think you need to check the box in the profile where it asks for electronic communication

My Communications Preferences

Yes, I would like to receive updates on news and special offers from Club Carlson and Carlson Rezidor hotels.

but never received a monthly summery with goldpointsplus/clubcarlson

no disrespect but why would I want to wait until the end of the month for my results-if a problem occurs that I need to settle "yesterday" I shouldn't have to wait 30 days to try & settle it [amongst that of waiting how long for their response]

there was no problem which occurs, only I want to receive the monthly statement with a summery of my nights/stays.

as I changed my account to my usa-(business-)adress, today I received a completly different eMail from carlsonhotels (at) email.carlsonhotels.com which give me all sufficent information I never received before:

Balance
Tier level
Last stay date
Last stay hotel
AND
Elite Progress (nights/stays)

They just updated the display today.

They still can't seem to display my reservations, but oh well...

Really? Because now when you scroll down the YTD display, my future reservations show up just below that. Are they being booked via the website?

Two weeks ago, the hotel I wanted to stay at, was completely booked (via the website) Since I am a regular guest (and concierge elite), I called them up and got a room right away. A couple of minutes later, it even showed in my online profile which never happened before with email or telephone bookings.
