Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - DXB-HKG in October

Tried to do a dummy booking (to check on fares) for DXB-HKG on October 18 and noticed that they are using a 747 for the flight (instead of the usual A333/343). Went to seat selection and noticed that the seatmap shows F and J class cabins, with F class seats blocked out.

Anyone know if they *might* open the F class for MP elites??

the chance is quite big as most of the time this flight is full (during the festival in Saudi Arabic)
