Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - LH.com tech issue with seeing bookings?

Trying to look at upcoming booking, but am getting:
Unfortunately we cannot process your enquiry at the moment due to technical reasons and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please try again or contact our Service Center. (9102)
Anyone else seeing that for their bookings or is it just me and my silly commodore 64 that's having trouble?

My upcoming LH PNRs won't pull up either. I get the same message.

I can see a reservation made on lufthansa.com involving LH flights only but get the same error message when I try to pull up a reservation made with another *A airline involving LH and another carrier. The latter is listed under "View another booking".

The entire "my bookings" section is rather buggy and certainly not up to 2012 standards. Whenever I have to rebook a flight, I have to delete it out of "my bookings" and insert the same booking code again to show the exact dates and flights. Very annoying but no surprise here, LH is as you know very far behind when it comes to their IT.

same error message here too.
Itīs been like that for at least 3 or 4 months, as far as I remembered. I have a * circle asia trip booked via LH, was able to see everything via LH website before even choosing seats, now as error message as you guys mentioned.

Same thing here... haven't booked a LH flight in a few months, but this is the first I've seen this. Any word on an update to fix this?

LH acknowledged the problem after I emailed a contact about it. They're working on a fix and hope to have it fixed "soon". What that means in terms of time, I don't know.
It was working for me as recently as a couple of weeks ago.

I seem to be not alone, and in good company. I have encountered service center 9102 thrice since yesterday. I am trying to rebook - LH advises fee to be paid - I fill credit card details and submit. I get this error message, my work is not done BUT my card is debited on all three occasions
