Hi
A couple of months ago I flew with TK but my miles were missing for the two return flights. I dutifully waited 6 weeks and then sent the required BPs tear-off portions and details to DC.
Yesterday I received an email telling me that these BPs portions do not show the class I travelled in and they have asked me to provide a copy of the original booking with status quoted.
I am a but miffed by this as I made the booking thorugh a work email address that I no longer have access to and I can see no other way to provide the info.
Surely I have provided what I am supposed to and it shouldn't be up to me to do any more?
Any advice?

I guess the problem is a practical one - the bmi folks likely no longer have access to Starnet, so cannot check what the fare bucket was - and the appropriate amount of miles to credit. Now, it's a fair argument that it's hardly your fault - after all, it's always been sufficient to send in BPs.
In ordinary circumstances, I'd suggest contacting the airline, but as it is TK, it's just going to be a waste of time, very likely. Could you contact someone in your old company, or the company TA?

If booked through corporate TA then may still be available online. AmEx use VirtuallyThere.com. If you need the Sabre locator TK may be able to provide it.
Or ask TK for a detailed itinerary with it on?
Do old flights show up on eitr.amadeusasia.com?

This happened to me when flying Turkish prior to the BA takeover last year. I think it is a Turkish Airlines thing.
It was only one leg of a 4 leg trip that didn't show up on BMI and as I had earned enough to hit Gold renewal from the other 3 legs I chose not to bother.
Now I matched Gold to Turkish I will see how they treat me in Miles&Smiles.

Not any help but I have had numerous flights not credited with TK into my A3 account. Seems TK are the worst at tracking *A partner credit.

Practically impossible to get anything done now.Sadly I have a hilton stay,3000 miles which I find impossible to have credited.Hilton say we sent the miles, diamond club say we never received the miles, and no amount of effort on my part can unblock this.I have the second sector of an SQ flight,PER-SIN-HKG,1st sector posted, nothing for second.Despite sending all the paperwork by snail mail,SQ now says I was'nt on the flight.3 months and impossible to resolve.Even my boarding pass shows I was on the flight.:td:
