Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - What is "$20 Cash Back" deal with Spirit reservations?

I have seen this message the last couple of times I've made reservations with Spirit Airlines on the confirmation page, and was just wondering if anyone has used it? I am curious if it is legitimate or some sort of scam?

Are you talking about the magazine offer or what not?

I used it once, subscribing to a magazine which I never received, so was an easy $20 off.

Legitimate, but expect to have lots of hassle. I called, and got my email by which I print it out, fill it out, and then send in my receipt for $20. Here's the email and complaints sent in regarding this company.
