Hilton HHonors - Why oh Why is hilton.com so crappy? (sorry, dead horse, beating and so on)

Is it really that hard to keep a web site up and running? Maybe it's time to outsource?

Yeah, I was trying to access my reservation, not make a new one. Actually, maybe I should stop making reservations with a company that can't even run a simple website. *sigh*

It reached a new low for me today.

Booked into UK site which is normally better, to reserve a room.

Put in the dates, get to the list of hotels, and when I click on "Book" it bounces me to the hotel landing page, loses the corporate rate code that I'd entered and logs me out.

Grrr.
