Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Mileage for LAX-FRA and ZRH-SFO?

I did a search and could not find a relevant thread. I will be participating in SMD4 in Nov and would like to know the exact mileage that LH/LX will assign to LAX-FRA and ZRH-SFO flights. Every airline posts different numbers and I am very tight on crossing thresholds at both AC and UA and would like to use the correct numbers for planning purposes. (I can calculate fare class bonus.) Has anyone who has flown these routes confirm what the mileage posting will be?

One needs to go to the Earn Miles tab under Miles and More; not intuitively the first place one would look. Happy flights.
