The US folks would tell you a few things:
1) Hold out for a bigger bonus offer.
2) We know that there are not too many CAD cards with no foreign transaction fees.
3) You could get a little upset because with the CAD so close to par with USD, why the annual fee is that much higher (unless bad things are in store for the USD card).
You get a CHIP. Woo hoo! (I know, standard for the territory there..)

Been waiting for 4 years with the Cdn Plat Marriott Visa to finally catch up to the US Chase Marriott Visa benefits. Finally has. Chase annual fee in US is $85. Cdn card is $120 but they are waiving the fee for the first year. US card is giving 70,000 MR points but it could take a year or two for the Cdn one to catch up or it may never be offered.

I called in a couple of times before I was connected to someone I could ask a few questions about this card and the offer.
It sounds like they have a specific offer for each individual and when you apply you will get whatever they offered to you (whether it's the 30K or 50K bonus).
I asked about applying online and they said to be sure to enter the promo code from the email while applying online. This promo code is again apparently unique in each different email.
That leaves me wondering if I was sent an email and I never received it or if perhaps I was simply never sent an offer.
I was also left with the impression that even if you asked for the 50K promo the person on the other end of the phone had no clue if you were going to receive it or not.
It might be worth calling back another time to see if I can get any further clarification.

On the Marriott Rewards page (after logging in) and clicking on the Visa card link it is redirecting me to the US version of the card. From there I click on the Canadian link at the bottom of the page and it also redirects me to this page.
I am wondering if the offer depends on your status. When I called in on the phone the representative was asking what my status level was with Marriott (Silver/Gold/Platinum).
Is there any chance Silver members might be eligible for the 50K bonus?

What I'd like to know is if anyone who is currently a Chase Marriott Visa card holder was able to get the sign-up bonus (and free first year). The offer speaks of 'Marriott Rewards Premier Visa Cardmember', but strictly speaking the old card isn't a 'Premier' Visa...

i appreciate the discussion i was waffling on this one - but the no foreign currency transaction fee is not common for Canadian credit cards and it is not a common offering for all Chase Canada credit cards either (i saw the Amazon.ca card had it too)
The first year annual fee waived was nice.
I'm a Starpoints junkie so it'll be interesting if this changes my hotel stay behaviour at all.
Silver status for Marriott Rewards is not half bad.

It appears some of the people in the call center have no clue what is going on. The email in this post clearly states the 50K offer is valid until September 15th...
I called into Marriott rewards and they seemed happy to offer the 50K bonus and transferred me to Chase at 866-206-0601. It turns out that is the number for the US credit card application which gives everyone the 50K bonus.
So I tried calling Chase Canada again at 1-888-530-2938 and asked if I was eligible for the 50K offer. They also mentioned if you get the email you are eligible for the 50K bonus. I asked what happens if the email was lost and you never received it. They didn't know any way to really check whether you would get the 30K or 50K bonus. So they transferred me over to applications. Applications didn't know either and wanted to transfer back to Marriott Rewards where I started. Eventually this person suggested waiting another week just in case the email hasn't been sent yet.
It's unfortunate that nobody seems to know if you are eligible for the 50K bonus before applying. I would hate to miss out on the 50K bonus so it might make sense to wait a bit longer before applying to see what happens. It almost sounds like the 50K bonus might be a targeted offer for those with Platinum status or those who had the old Marriott Visa card.

I currently have the CIBC Aerogold Infinite, however have been thinking of replacing it since Aeroplan is becoming a joke. My annual spend is probably only about $20K/year. I'm thinking about switching to this card, but I'm still not convinced. I know nothing about the Marriott's reward system however I'm seeing some perks..
1 free night = I'm going to St. John's, and the drinking, smoking, foul mouthed in-laws become a lot to handle. The Courtyard by Marriott in St. John's goes for $229/night. so I'd save $229 right there.
I'm going to Europe in October. Hotel for three nights is $700 CAD, with the no forex fee, I can save $20.
As for the 30,000 It's not that much, if it was more I'd probably due it right away.
Will sit and think about this for a little bit.

The missing "1 elite night credit for every $3000 charged on card" is a huge benefit that was widely advertised by Marriott in 2010. I am very disappointed that it is not applicable to Canadian cards as well; plus I think the US card offers rental insurance, plus purchase protection and extended warranty, whereas the Canadian card only offers rental insurance. Anyhow the big difference is the new us price of $85 (was $45) compared to Canadian $120. I'm sure the Marriott executives will not be surprised when everyone bails after the free year and 50,000 bonus points and switches to another card that will also be offering no foreign transaction fees (this will become standard now with Amex following shortly) and a pricing and benefit structure similar to identical US offerings readily visible to everyone. It is too bad Chase Canada wants to nickle and dime an extra $45 and remove that elite night credit standard offer.

1 30,000 Bonus Points: Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after your first purchase for points to be posted to your Marriott Rewards account. This offer is valid only for first time Marriott Rewards Premier Visa Cardmembers. Existing Marriott Rewards Premier Visa Cardmembers are not eligible. So you got an offer for 30k, applied, then got another offer for 50k?
Don't think you can have two credit cards... is your offer exclusive? That is, could your family/relatives/significant other apply using your offer?
Yes.
I called Chase last night and asked for the additional points and was given the generic "I've submitted a request, call back in a few days to speak to a supervisor" response, so we'll see how that goes.
My offer did seem to be targeted as it referenced my account status & points, however I (stupidly?) did share the link with one person, so we'll see what happens if it's only one time use. When you land on the application page, it's generic and doesn't mention anything about the additional points nor does it include my rewards account number. I might apply with my husband's info to see if he qualifies.

so for those with 50K offer email
1. do you see the "50,000 points" mentioned on the page AFTER you click on the link?
2. is your page still the generic https://www.marriottpremier.ca ?
I'm curious to see if there's more confirmation than just the email

The link from the email bypasses all the splash pages and takes you directly to this page:
As you can see, the 'JOBNUM' and 'SOURCE_CODE' are different from the link on the marriottpremier.ca site. I just had my husband apply under the email link and he was approved, but I guess we won't know about the points for sure until after the first statement hits. I guess you can try using the above link? I asked someone else on here via PM whether they had a different jobnum / source code than this for comparison.

Tempting... although it's weird it doesn't say any "points" at all, 30K or 50K
It does clearly states the annual fees & FX
Foreign
Currency
Conversion Foreign Currency Conversion:
We will bill you in Canadian Currency if you use your account to make a transaction in foreign currency. We will convert it into Canadian currency at the exchange rate set by Visa International in effect at the time we post the transaction to your account. This exchange rate may be different from the rate in effect on the transaction date.
Foreign Currency Transaction Charges:
We will not charge you any additional foreign currency conversion charge.
Annual Fees $120
Waived for the 1st year; charged annually thereafter (whether your card is activated or not) on your statement anniversary date.
I may just try to apply via the link, thinking the worst is I'll ask for the basic 30K if I got 0 points as a result

The usual link with the 30k splash page doesn't have anything regarding points in the terms and conditions either, it's just a generic T&C for Cost of Borrowing and fees. I don't think my statement date will arrive until early Oct, so it'll be a while before I find out if I get those extra points.

Just applied for this card three weeks ago and it came last week. Open up my email this morning and find a targeted offer with 50k points. Bottom of the email has the code 'CAN-S'. I can post the link, but it leads directly to the application with no splash page confirming the 50k.
Wonder what the odds are of calling into Chase and asking for the additional 20k points?

1) 1 colleagues salary was incorrectly noted. He has evidence he wrote xxx, xxx. The application system said his salary is xx, xxx. GONG SHOW. They fixed it.
2) Second colleague-apparently the system switched her to a different card...platinum? So it got rejected. Ermm so she got that fixed and approved.

I think there is something seriously mess up with Chase's credit check system.
I've had the old Chase Marriott Visa card for the last 2 years, and have always paid the balance in full every month, no balances. I have excellent credit score, no trouble of getting any credit card that I apply to.
Back in July, I called Chase to 'upgrade' my card to this new Premier Visa card. Gave them all the information on the call.
In August, I received my card, and I called in to activate it. They closed the old Visa card, and activated the new card. This month, I received the 15 nights, and 50,000 pts posting to my Marriott rewards account.
Then all of a sudden, last monday, my credit card was cancelled by Chase, they didn't even call to tell me this. I tried to use the card, and was told it was declined. I called them, and they inform me that they can't approve my application for Visa, since there were discrepancies with my application and credit bureau records. So they canceled my card.
I immediately, ordered an Equifax report on my credit report, and there was nothing unusual, even showed the new Visa from Chase as being approved in August. No unusual transactions at all. I called back Chase to ask what the discrepancies were, and they couldn't tell me...Just to re-apply in 6 months.
Now this is totally weird. I put in between $5-6K in spending each month with this card. I guess I'll take their 50,000K and 15 nights bonus and move on.

After calling Chase, being told to wait a week and call back about my 'ticket' request for the extra 20k points, I called back only to be told that there was nothing they could do and they shunted me to Marriott customer service. Still waiting to hear back from them. New card that my husband was approved for through that link hasn't arrived.
I should note that I also haven't even had the original 30k applied to my account and it was activated Sept 10th with a purchase made the same day.

I received the 50,000 point offer in an email so I decided to apply and was accepted. I spent several hundred dollars and 30,216 points showed in my account. I called customer service and after reading the saved email to the rep was told that an additional 20,000 points would be added to my account. Calling again today to see when the missing points will be sent.

I hope this answers a few questions posted previously. I received an email from Marriott Rewards for the 50,000 point offer on Sept. 18th. I have a Marriottt account but do not have any status since most of our stays were with another company. There is no promotional code anywhere on the email and I called 1-866-661-6626 around 9:30 am pst and spoke with Chase's support group in believe is located in Quebec. They seem to deposit 30,000 in your account and have you call them back to request the 20,000 points which I feel is a very bad business practice. I was told that it takes an additional 6 weeks to post the other points. There was no required spending limit to receive points.
Looking at my saved emails, I received a 15000 point offer 3/15 and a 30,000 point offer on 8/14 before receiving the 50,000 point offer. Good luck.

I already had the Marriott Visa card and applied for the new one because of the perks added. I also have plat status. I requested the 50,000 points for my new application though their position was that they were only giving 30,000 MR points. My position was that they were not clear because some people indicated that they were receiving the extra 20,000 points. After some back and forth on this, they said that there was no promo code for 50K points. They agreed to give the extra points. I received the card about a month ago. Did a few weeks worth of spending. A few weeks later, 30K points showed up with an additional 20K bonus points. Don't know whether this had anything to do with my status or the fact that I already had the Marriott Visa card for several years. Have to say.... I'm happy with the ending!

I called in to find out why the free Cat 4 night has not posted to my account. Sure enough this was the explanation I received. I had a Marriott Visa card in the past however I cancelled it over 2 years ago. So even if you had a card previously over 2 years ago they will not give you the free Cat 4 night.
I also didn't receive the extra 20K on top of the 30K points. I wonder if it's worth calling in and trying to get that instead.
It seems like so much frustration every time I have to deal with Marriott, perhaps it's time to consider moving on to one of the other major hotel chains.

I wouldn't call Marriott. I would call Chase. I was on the phone with them for quite some time explaining that there was some discrepancy over the number of points available for signing up for the card. After much discussion, they finally agreed to give the extra 20K points. It took a month to post but finally did. Why don't you try?

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually called Chase shortly after you posted that and they indicated they were aware of the problem and had a team looking into it. Someone from that team was supposed to call me back and nobody did.
I followed up again and they were pretty quick to want to transfer me to Marriott rewards. I had to explain how I called in last week and was expecting a follow-up from them and not Marriott.
The agent at Chase really didn't know what was going on and was confused about the free Cat 4 night and the points thinking they were the same thing. They had me on hold a few times and ended suggesting that something should be done about this but it could take 8-10 weeks to post.

Call Chase back again and ask to be transferred to a supervisor. Don't let them off the hook. Let them know how much time and energy you have wasted on this and request the 20K points. Don't let them off the phone until they promise you the points. It may take 4 weeks to post and you may have to follow up on this.

Just a heads up on my timeline with this card:
I applied for the card around Aug 31st, received/activated it Sept 11, made the first purchase that day, received the targeted email for the 50k points and after 3 phone calls was assured that they would be credited to my account. Statement closed yesterday and still haven't received the 30k, nevermind the extra 20k. I've heard from someone else that received their points almost immediately.
My husband used my targeted email link to apply and received/activated the card yesterday, so at this rate I'm assuming we might see those points by Christmas?
I know the fine print says 8-10 weeks from first purchase; but the inconsistency with this new card is a bit frustrating.

Give Chase a call about the extra 20K points. It will take some time to have it post, but ask to speak to a supervisor if necessary.
I did that about two weeks ago and I received a call from Chase today indicating the extra 20K points have been submitted and should post to my account in a few days.

Unfortunately Marriott doesn't break down which transactions specifically qualify for the 2x points. However based on my statement I can also confirm out of country restaurants and hotel (non-Marriott) charges do earn 2x points. Restaurants such as McDonald's out of country are included in the 2x points.
If you value Marriott points at around 0.8 cents/point. That's like getting a 1.6% return on restaurants and hotel charges. On top of that you are saving the 2.5% foreign currency exchange charge for a total savings/return of over 4%.

I just signed up for the card, and need 2 more nights to get Gold for this year....the website says it takes 6-8 weeks for the nights to post, but that would push into 2013 (making the nights useless for this year's status). I applied in late August and my wife applied in mid October. Both of us had the free night cert, Silver status and the 15 elite night credits in our Marriott accounts before we had received the CCs from Chase in the mail.
A separate FYI, my free night cert was set to expire at the end of February, while my wife's was expiring in mid April. I had a specific reservation where I wanted to use both certs in early April. I called Marriott and they were happy to extend the free night cert for a couple of months (technically they voided the first one and issued a new one with a 6-month expiry from the date I called earlier this month).

For those that already have this card - do you know if your order gift cards/eGiftCards at marriott.com and pay with this card you get the 5X points per dollar spent?
They currently have a 10X per dollar promotion and it would be a real bonus if this credit card classifies it as the 5X bonus.

For those that already have this card - do you know if your order gift cards/eGiftCards at marriott.com and pay with this card you get the 5X points per dollar spent?
They currently have a 10X per dollar promotion and it would be a real bonus if this credit card classifies it as the 5X bonus.
I have not yet done this with my new Premier card, but I'm 99% sure that it passed as a Marriott spend on my old Plat card last year. I will be ordering some gift cards soon, so we'll see.

I applied in late August and my wife applied in mid October. Both of us had the free night cert, Silver status and the 15 elite night credits in our Marriott accounts before we had received the CCs from Chase in the mail.
Anyone else have the same experience.... got the card in late November and would like the nights to make Platinum this year....

Just happened to me (points posted but no card yet). However, I only got the 30,000 when I applied to the card for the 50,000 points. Does anyone know if the additional 20,000 are posted after the first charge to the card? Or, have they made the mistake (is it Chase or Marriott I would contact for the additional points)?

Contact Chase and make sure they sent the proper amount to Marriott to be posted to your account.
A lot of people applied for the 30K, but then got a targeted email for 50K and then called in to Chase to get them to send a request for an additional 20K - so they would certainly do the same for you if not already done so...

Anyone know what it costs to ship them to Canada? It looks like you can order eGift Cards - are they simply emailed to you (so you don't have to pay for shipping and wait for them to be mailed)?

Nice, gonna do some calculations on whether to buy GC with below promo <- which gives 10+10 points per $1 (I think it's 10% off in a way?)

Still have not had either the nights or the points post :-( I am most concerned about getting the nights to post because I want to make platinum this year and am at 61 nights so far... the 15 bonus nights would put me at 76. Would I call Chase to inquire about that??
Should add that I have been using the card for the last 2 weeks....

Yah, I am in the same boat.
According to another poster here, the 'bonus' points are supposed to show after they run some program on the 11th of each month. I am not showing my bonus points NOR am I showing points earned from my Marriott Visa (my first statement was generated last week).
Anyone know how long it takes for the points to show up on your account after your statement is generated? If not showing bonus points this week, is it good to call again? And should I be calling Chase or Marriott - or BOTH?

My statement cut-off date is 11th, but never show up yet on my Marriott accuont. Trying to see if I will get the 50K sign-up bonus or not. I got my free night and 15 nights credit the day after I was approved.

Just a quick update to those people looking to get the extra 20,000 (for 50,000 bonus total) offered in the targeted emails.
I called a month ago and had a CSR honor the extra 20,000 and she told me she sent the request to Marriott. I said, "Are you sure? Do you need a promo code?" "No, that's fine. And here's my CSR# in case you need to follow-up". All very professional and everything.
I called Chase yesterday because I had a question about my regular statement points not showing up on my Marriott account, and the CSR confused me so much, that I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor explained that the points are posted 30 days after they are reported (so points earned this statement will not appear for another month on my Marriott account) and while I was on the phone, I asked him when my extra 20,000 would show up. He said, "What extra 20,000?". I proceeded to find out that my 20,000 that was promised by the original CSR a month ago wasn't recorded/requested at all! Thankfully, the call was recorded, so it was obvious that the SCR messed up, so the supervisor apologized profusely and even gave me an extra 10,000 points for my trouble. Note that he asked for a promo code, and it wasn't listed anywhere in the email. He asked for the promo code that started with an 'x'. I saw 'X2CW' in the URL when you click apply now, and I quoted that and he said, "Great - that's what I needed. That's the Silver Elite code". So, then I am thinking, Well, I wasn't Silver Elite until the applied for the card, so it was the Silver Elite status that generated the 50,000 promo email! Kind of ironic, but it was okay with him, so I was happy. So, if all goes well, I will come out of this with 60,000 bonus points!!! Fingers crossed!

Oh - and I asked about the significance of the 11th of each month. This is how it was explained:
On the 11th of each month, Chase sends account information to Marriott, which is then posted a month later. So, if your statement is generated on Dec. 18, that info won't get sent until Jan. 11th, and then posted to your account on Feb. 11th. In other words, they are always at least one month behind. This is how it was explained to me, but I can't confirm yet, since I've only had one statement. My statement date is Dec. 11 and I should have 31,000 points right now, but my account is still zero. This is because the points were 'sent' on Dec. 11th, but won't be 'posted' until Jan. 11th. How backwards is THAT?!

You're right - the information the SCR AND the supervisor gave me at Chase is incorrect. My statement was generated on the 11th, and Chase said they send this info on the 11th to Marriott, and it appears Marriott posted it on the 18th, as you reported. So, it's a one week delay - not a 30 day delay explained to me by Chase.
Jeez...they really have no idea what they're talking about over there...

I think you search under "Reward"
then indeed it'll show up under Payment or during the check-out process and your total will become $0.00
If you don't see it, are you sure you did get it (eg. you got an email)?

Yeps it was a Cat 4. I think the free cert they give you for signing up is a Cat 1-4, and then every year when you pay the annual fee they give you a Cat 1-5. So as long as you use your cert for more than $120, the card essentially pays for itself! =)

I was told that I had to call to make the reservation, so that's what I did when I used mine. Then your email confirmation will have a note on there than an e-cert will be sent to the hotel.

Yes, the 15 elite nights credit get reset to 0 as the year roll over as you assumed. It is my understanding these elite nights get posted when you renew your card. Hence, the $120 renew/annual fee will give you 15 elite nights and 1 CAT 1-5 free night.

I think the CC sign up/silver status was triggering the targeted 50K emails.
I'd wait a while - and if you don't get the email for simply being silver, then apply for the card, and you'll surely get the 50K email after that. Then you can call in and get them to apply the extra 20K (everyone has been successful doing that).

Ages! I have two Chase cards, and while both applications got instant approvals online, the cards took FOREVER to get in the mail. I live out west also, so not sure if that is a factor, but it took almost 3 weeks from the time I got the approval to the time I got the card in the mail.
You might want to call to check on your application, though, since it wasn't done online...

Took 5 weeks to get the card by mail. I applied by phone and used the code above to get 50K MRP. No problem at all. Don't know if the promo is targeted but it doesn't matter. If they offer you 30K then just say that you have the promo code and request the other 20K points. They will give it to you. If they say no, then just ask for a supervisor.

The 50K promos are targeted via email. The links to apply for the card in the emails are tied into the Marriott Reward member number, though the code at the bottom of the email are typically a generic code. I'm not sure if you can apply without that targeted link, or if you can just smooth talk your way into getting the 50K promo by just mentioning the generic code.
People here and at the RFD playground have suggested that you won't get the 50K promo unless you are a Silver Status member. That said, if you see the 30K promo, apply and get approved for the card, then you will be granted Silver Status (!!!)...and if you're lucky, you'll see the 50K promo appear shortly thereafter, in your email.
Clear as mud? Hahahaha! ;)

I received the targeted email last Fall, so I don't think the code will be the same anymore. There really isn't an expiry, they just keep sending out the targeted 50K emails on an ongoing basis.

My friend told me about something called "Elite Gold Challenge". In a nutshell, Marriott will upgrade you to Gold Elite status for 3 months. Within this 3 months, if you can complete 6 paid stay in Marriott family of hotels, they will extend your gold status for another year. So if you haven't used your free night stay certificate, upgrade your status right before your free night, and enjoy the benefit of GOLD, which include complimentary internet, lounge access, and free breakfast, possibly room upgrades, plus many others. I just did it and going to stay one night at Marriott Courtyard Hong Kong in May :)
Just call their CS and request the complimentary upgrade!

You may as well go for the Platinum challenge if you know you can't complete the challenge
and I think you can only challenge so often, so personally I wouldn't do it unless I can complete the challenge. Gold benefits aren't that GREAT to warrant an intentional mis-usage of a challenge

I did not know about the Platinum challenge. I was only Silver (obtained only because of getting the Premier Visa card). So would they allow me to do a Platinum challenge from a Silver status member?
I don't stay at Marriott. I will never complete the challenge. It's a one time deal for me!

I can confirm that this card is churnable.
Applied September 2012 - Received 30,000 Bonus points + 1 free night stay in October 2012.
Cancelled card in March 2013. Re-applied late March 2013.
Received bonus points (50,000) Mid April but no free night certificate (no way around it). Oh well...
Used the points for 2 free nights at the Cosmo, Las Vegas over May Long weekend (70,000) . The rack rate for these rooms were $500+ a night...
Great return :)

Fantastic!!! I thought my 2 nights at the Marriott Marco Island during July 4th ($400+ per night) for 70K was a great value. Yours is even better!
I earned my 70K in 6 months with one card sign-up only (I got 50K for my sign-up, 10K awarded as a courtesy because I had bonus points missing, and then 10K I earned with spending).
I am tempted to churn this card after reading your post, but honestly I love this card so much, it will physically HURT to cancel it! I feel the same way about my Amex Gold! The free night every year pays for the annual fee, but it would be nice to get that sign-up bonus every year....

Interesting, directly contravenes T&C (which Amex and the others don't have):
This offer is valid only for first time Marriott Rewards Premier Visa Cardmembers.

I wonder if I should keep it just for the FX savings (even though I don't use USD that much), with category increases the free night is getting less valuable, same with 50K points
I redeemed 30K points for a NYC stay (Cat 6), and among 3 30K properties (Fairfield) retail rates range from $350/night to $650/night. I sure don't consider them "realistic" in the first place :)

There's nothing sketchy with churning, just that you won't get the offer (as in the 30k points I think).

I had been thinking the same since I got the card. I use it not just in USD, I use it everywhere outside or Canada. When I use it in HK, the exchange rate is still better than anything else that I had been using... and I do not need to carry cash with me all the time in HK. But I think once my 1 year is up, I will just switch to either "Chase Amazon.ca Rewards Visa Card" or "Chase Sears Financial™ MasterCard®" as they do not have annual fee with No foreign currency transaction charge. I am not sure if paying $120 for a CAT 1-5 cert is really that good of a deal.

I wasn't saying churning was sketchy - I was saying THIS churn could be sketchy - as in you may not get the 30K points...which makes it a useless churn...
I am not too concerned anyway. I think this card is worth the annual fee for all it offers - and I'll stick to churning cards that are sure things...

Well it depends on how much you value that cert, because everything else you can get with an alternative card.

Actually, you still get Silver Elite status with Marriott, as well the cert. Well worth the annual fee for me, considering I stay at the Marriott chain frequently, but not enough to get status from stays alone. 5x the points for Marriott stays is pretty decent, too...

Just for the record: Marriott's challenge used to be based on nights (I think it was Gold: 12 nights, Platinum: 18 nights), but in June or July 2012 they changed to stays: Gold: 6 stays; Platinum: 9 stays. Much easier challenge for mattress runners and it works well for their Mega bonus promos too.

You only see that if your cookie isn't set to Canada yet, then you'll see the USA version of 3 CC offer page ($85 fee)
This is for CANADIAN Version ($120 fee), not USA version

Just spoke to Chase Visa (Canada). Apparently, they just sent out new promo offers for the 50k. The code I have has expired.... so, I'm now waiting for a new code. Anyone out there receive the latest 50K (Canadian Visa) offer?
You'll see the code when you click on the "Apply Here" link in the email. In the URL at the end of the link it'll have a code that starts like this =X*** that's the code we need :)
