SAS EuroBonus - Question: How do i claim flight award from SAS's airline parners ?

i have around 60K of points for redemption and am thinking to redeem flight award within the region.
do i have to do it over the phone ?
is there any email address i can send the request to ?

If you like to book on other airlines than Blue1, SAS and Widerøe, you need to contact local Eurobonus member service. I don't know where you live. You can find contact information with the link below. If you are not EBS or EBG and don't live in US or Asia & Pacific, they will charge 15 euro for booking through member service.

I did this recently, booked a trip on ANA through the SAS helpdesk. It worked out fine! But be prepared to be flexible, your preferred dates might not be available.
