I'm not that familiar with Marriott product and I'm redeeming some rewards and can use a little help. I did search the master thread before I posted this.
I just used points to book 6 nights at a Cat 1 property. So that is 6x7500=37,500points and that is what my reservation used up. But on the chart it says,
"Redeem 4 nights get the 5th night FREE"
So my question is what am I doing wrong? Should I have made two separate reservations (one for five nights and another for one night)? Would the system then have calculated in the "one night free??"
