I looked at the T&C's for Southwest vacations ( that is the contract you agreed to when you purchased ). I sure didn't understand what the T&C's said about refunds..

I thought, "Just how hard could it be?"
Pretty hard.
Everything is refundable unless it is not. Sometimes it is and sometimes it is not but it is up to the travel supplier to determine the amount of refund from a low of nothing to a high of everything. Airfare is definitely not refundable but you get TTF's good for a year. There is cancellation protection but it excludes practically everything of value. Well, maybe. It is up to the supplier.
