Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - last minute 3rd party booking - how long till ticketing?

Hi all.

It's midnight. I'm suddenly interested in taking a flight for the fun of it at 8am. The only reasonable fare is on a random site (9flights.co.uk). The flight is on AF. Is there a risk that it would charge but not ticket in time?
