Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - HKG-ADL - 333 type?

I am thinking of using some Asia Miles for a business class return award ticket on CX from HKG-ADL. On their website CX list this as 333, but confusingly, by clicking on the 333 it pops open a page listing different 333 configurations - old "regional" product, old business class (herringbone) and new business class, but doesn't state which they use on this route.

Flights will be in March.

Anyone know for sure which type of business class seats would be on board? If it is recliner regional type seats I think I will save the miles for something else.

Although last minute substitute happens, it is 99.99% will have long haul product (be it old herringbone or new reverse herringbone)
