I felt compelled to post my ride report here after seeing the popularity of the VW CC thread! The 2013 CC has been in Avis fleet service for at least a month now, but I just recently got a hold of it. Tough sucker to track down; put in a request through the CHM desk, the station made considerable efforts to find one for me, and they snagged one from a Budget office. National also rents CCs, don't think Hertz does though.

PROS:
- Refreshed exterior has a much better looking rear
- Packs a lot of premium features into a low price (Factory Nav, adaptive HIDs, LED accent lighting, heated 12-way power driver AND passenger seats, HD-radio)
CONS:
- Refreshed exterior has a generic looking corporate front end
- Throttle/DSG lag(?) still noticeable when driven in sport mode
CONCLUSION: Slightly less stunning looking than before, but more fun to drive thanks to additional premium features at lower trim levels.
