Just booked the Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria for 205 euros/night in October. Apparently this a a killer deal for peak time at a extremely nice hotel. Just booked three nights for the wife and I and with Hilton Gold I get a lot of perks here, including free daily entry to the spa. Regular rates appear to be around $450/ night + 30 euros/ day spa fee.

It is Rome, so 205 Euro for that Hotel is a great price...

Some Hilton's in Europe charge more for that a night at certain periods.

I think this hotel is in a very remote location of Rome. But thanks for the deal, OP!

I stayed there last year on a similar deal in the getaway sale and thought it was worth every penny. Fantastic hotel, and getting breakfast and spa access as gold is a great deal compared to what it would cost you otherwise.

I think you need a room with Rome view to really appreciate it though. And obviously it is out of the city up on a hill, but I really liked that as it was so peaceful and

It's still one of my favourite hotels in the world to just go and relex for the weekend. I've stayed there for less than £200 a night in a standard room, been upgraded to a suite and been given Imperial lounge access. As a diamond I get the benefit of free breakfast for myself and my girlfriend, saving 90 Euros each day, and even have it delivered to the room for just 5 Euros. I get free use of the spa and loungers by the pool, the gym is excellent and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. It may not be in the best location and it may be expensive for food and drinks, but in my opinion it is great value and ideally situated for what I want. I've never had a bad experience there and always look forward to going back. Annoyingly, I still haven't eaten in La Pergola, but I plan to later this year. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone (who can afford it!).

Yes, you should do. Just make sure your Honors number is in the booking. You may need to call the hotel in advance to confirm this...

And there are allegations that the concierge will refund you a receipted taxi fare if the shuttle is full.
