AAA-xBBB-CCC (surface sector) DDD-BBB.
Is this possible? I can't do a stopover (?) at BBB because I have to terminate there (my flight out of Europe is from there.) It meets the 3 coupon requirement but I think this only has one stopover.
The new *A tool does not allow surface sectors (even though it's permissible), but the old one does:

And this one allows AAA-BBB-CCC (surface sector) DDD-BBB. But maybe it's an error in the software. If I add BBB-EEE then this software rejects the itin (multiple stopovers at BBB).
It's odd. It seems that *A views the final leg into a city as a stopover for multiple visits but not in the minimum stopover count.
