Aside from the Palladium and United Mileageplus Club/Explorer cards, what other credit cards offer free access (limited or unlimited) to United/Continental/Star Alliance lounges?

Many cards issued outside the USA include a Priority Pass membership which covers United Clubs, but in the USA financial institutions are required to issue Priority Pass Select which specifically excludes UA lounges. This was UA's choice to restrict non-member access.
Delta did the same after their merger with NW, but they left Priority Pass completely.

It's ~$20 for a one year membership, which will reimburse you for up to 12 lounge visits (and 12 health club visits) per year. Figure about $3 in postage for each reimbursement. (Actually, I think mia was the one who pointed this out...)
If you're only traveling moderately often, this can be a much better deal than trying to get a bargain on a single airline's lounge membership/card.

I usually fly between DTW and EWR on Star Alliance planes and occasionally from EWR to MIA. Can I use the card for lounges in DTW? (Are there lounges in DTW?)
