JetBlue TrueBlue - any insight when jetblue will allow electronic boarding passes?

Anyone have further insight into when jetblue will go all electronic? Their response on twitter this morning is they are close to launching a test.

"We wanted to roll out our new platform first. We're close to rolling out a mobile barcode test program. "

I'm sure it's close, maybe with the next app update. We'll probably hear more tomorrow morning on the earnings conference call. I especially want to know how testing wi-fi is going.

I hope mobile boarding passes come soon as well, I have used them on American with it integrated into the app and on Delta + United with the QR Code being emailed to me. I love it in the app, but with jetBlue the app is only available for iPhone, so I will have to wait for Android, BlackBerry and WP to get it if they ever release it!

It does make checking in on your phone more sensible, I never understood the whole check-in on mobile, because you still need to go print a boarding pass somewhere.

I can't even get the mobile app to work. It seems to load loads of data during check-in but gets nowhere. go on a pc, and it takes a few seconds and then I have to print it out anyway.

I had the same issue and then i unistalled and reinstalled it and it works now.
