Just got this from the bartender at my local watering hole, 7B aka The Horseshoe Bar, as her friend is hosting the event. I plan on attending (unless some work thing pops up) The bar is on the corner of 7th street and Ave B. I should arrive around 6-6:30 which is when the event is supposed to start.

It's late notice but might be interesting. The focus of the group seems to be for new and lifelong travel enthusiasts to talk about their favorite and not to so favorite travel experiences and help each other out or spur others to travel.
