We had already checked-in for our flight from MAN-MXP on ZB but couldn't fly as we unfortunately needed to make crucial life decisions about our family pet – (our dog, who we had put to sleep this morning).
ZB's customer services were understanding and 'unchecked' us so we were free to change our itinerary rather than throw the ticket away and start again.
