Thats a great idea and a lot of work to put together, good job. I'd suggest, if formatting permits, to include the BA Avios Awards in its own column though, it seems odd to refer to it being the best, but not have it appear unless you read through the notes - if it is the best several times as it seems it warrants its own column IMO (though I get that distance based makes it a little trickier).
If there isn't room I would suggest dropping Hawaiian or using the 'best' column for BA and using a symbol in the column that wins the prize for best value.

I went back and forth on that --- the idea was to just do US airlines' programs. And since Avios is distance-based, it makes the regional breakouts trickier.
I left Hawaiian in there because a lot of people have gotten the Hawaiian credit cards (though likely for the Hilton transfer).
Your point is valid - let me think about how to best re-format.

Cool chart. Would be nice to convert to google doc to make it easy to filter if anyone wants and to keep the headers while scrolling down the list.
